Pivotal is a celebratory series of events that connect and support creative women across Barking and Dagenham.
With an understanding and lens on the complexities of the various caring roles, social inequalities, and personal safety issues that creative women in Barking & Dagenham experience or face, alongside their pursuit of creative autonomy and enjoyment.

We are excited to host another informal Pivotal Get Together this month at The Women’s Museum. This is an invite only event for over 18s. If you’re planning to come along, please reserve a place at your chosen time in advance by clicking on the book now link.
This is a chance to continue the conversation over light refreshments and share our ideas and plans for the Pivotal Winter Fest on Saturday 30th November. We would love to see and hear from you to help build a community of like-minded women connecting through our creative passions and general interests.

At Galleon Arts Centre, Barking
Join us for an inspiring, equipping and fun-filled day at Pivotal Winter Fest.
This day is all about you, the creative woman, to reflect on: Where am I? Where am I going? And My future self!
An opportunity along with your community to reflect, navigate and pour into yourself, so you can continue to pour into others.

We encourage you to attend the full day to get the most of it, however we are happy for you to attend part of the day if that’s what you can commit to.
