In this session we'll dive into personal values and how to link them to professional success. You'll walk away feeling clear about your deeper desires, who you get to become in the process and how to build momentum to achieve your goals. With multi-disciplinary artist and creative coach Dannielle ‘Rhimes’ Lecointe who mentors creative woman, empowering you to seek and go after the creativity.

2pm - 2.50pm | Movement Therapy with Sia Gbamoi 

An invitation to slow down, check in with your body, and pour into yourself, in community. Expect a focus on breath, emotional regulation, and authentic expression through improvised movement. Sia will centre curiosity and compassion as she guides you through, informed by her work as a dance artist and movement psychotherapist. You are welcome to take part with or without any dance experience! Comfortable clothing and bare feet are encouraged.
